week 4, evening: room 111

[ it's the normal ritual. a knock on room 111's door that prompts percival to open the door and let his familiar friend in.

they sit on the bed, as per usual. ]

...You did well this trial. I knew you were capable.

... I did?

[ For a moment, he takes pause, recalling the trial's events. He'll just, belatedly nod; it was something. Even if it wouldn't fix what had happened Thursday night. And then there were so many other issues--but one thing at a time. ]

I'm just glad that I was able to do something...useful. But, even though all is over and done with, I cannot help but be concerned about what transpired at the trial. Specifically the many instances where many were at each other's throats.

I--

[ He's nudged, and for a moment he imagines he must look a bit foolish with the look of surprise over his face at the other man's words. Then, when he speaks of the others as his allies, a bit of the worry leaves him, but still. ]

I suppose at the time it looked so bad. I really had no idea, and for a moment, I was afraid that something might have happened.

[ He releases a soft sigh--he doesn't want anything happening to Percival but that was obvious. So, he'll just move onto the other issue. ]

...What do you think of what happened with those two children? Do you believe it might be because of what Andersen said, or...?
