week 2, friday mid-afternoon: outside burned buildings
[ it's been quite a day.
actually, that is a severe understatement -- regardless, percival has taken it upon himself to speak to almost everyone in sight. Or rather, those who are willing to speak to him in turn.
he wades through the town, purpose in his stride. Those shoulders are perpetually squared. He stops in his tracks, however--

However her thoughts are interrupted when Percival calls out to her, to which she turns around with a smile.]
Just wanted to get some air. Need a quiet space to think, and things are a little too heated for me right now.

Why didn't you simply lie to me? And how did you acquire such a skill?

[She says with a wave of her hand, reasoning that it would be a terrible lie to make in a place like this. If she couldn't demonstrate some skill as a doctor, she'd be immediately cornered and asked why she lied.]
I wouldn't call it a "skill" or something I acquired. I mean, I remember one of your skills being "hurting people's feelings." Is that something you'd really call a skill?
